Description

A creamy and chocolatey dessert that combines the traditional Tiramisu with the tropical flavors of Raffaello.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 400 g heavy cream
  • 1 packet whipped cream stabilizer
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 250 g mascarpone cheese
  • 30 g shredded coconut
  • 175 g sweetened condensed milk
  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 200 g ladyfingers
  • 12 Raffaello candies (for decoration)
  • 10 g shredded coconut (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Begin by whipping the heavy cream with whipped cream stabilizer and vanilla sugar in a mixing bowl until stiff peaks form.
  2. In another bowl, mix the mascarpone, shredded coconut, and sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Gently fold the whipped cream into this mixture.
  3. Dip the ladyfingers briefly into the coconut milk just until soaked, then layer them in a baking dish. Spread the first half of the cream mixture evenly on top.
  4. Repeat by layering another layer of soaked ladyfingers and the remaining cream mixture. Smooth the top.
  5. Chill the Tiramisu in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes before serving. Decorate with the remaining shredded coconut and Raffaello candies before serving.

Notes

You can prepare the Tiramisu up to two days in advance for better flavor blending.
