- 500 g Maultaschen (fresh or frozen)
- 150 g Rindfleischwürfel (diced)
- 3 large Eier
- 100 g Parmesan (grated)
- 1 TL schwarzer Pfeffer (freshly ground)
- 2 Knoblauchzehen (chopped)
- 2 EL frische Petersilie (chopped)
Instructions
- Cook the Maultaschen in a large pot of salted water for 8–10 minutes until al dente.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add the diced beef, frying until crispy and golden brown.
- Add the chopped garlic and sauté briefly until fragrant.
- Whisk together the eggs, grated Parmesan, and freshly ground black pepper in a large bowl until combined.
- Drain the Maultaschen and add them directly to the pan with the beef. Mix well.
- Remove the pan from heat and stir in the egg mixture quickly to create a creamy sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately, preferably with additional Parmesan.
Notes
You can prepare the Maultaschen and beef a day in advance to save time. For a lighter option, try baking in the oven or air fryer for a crispy finish.
