Description

Delicious mango oatmeal crumble bars with a crunchy oat crust and a sweet mango filling, perfect for a snack or dessert.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 cup ripe mango, pureed
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup butter or coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 cup nuts (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line the baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the oats, pureed mango, honey, melted butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl until well combined.
  3. Fold in the nuts if desired, stirring thoroughly.
  4. Press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan to form firm bars.
  5. Bake for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool completely before cutting into pieces.
  7. Enjoy the bars as a delicious snack or dessert!
