- 1 cup ripe mango, pureed
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup butter or coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 cup nuts (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line the baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix the oats, pureed mango, honey, melted butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl until well combined.
- Fold in the nuts if desired, stirring thoroughly.
- Press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan to form firm bars.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely before cutting into pieces.
