- 1 cup grilled or roasted corn

- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions
- Prepare all fresh ingredients like bell pepper, jalapeño, and grape tomatoes. Dice the bell pepper and halve the jalapeños and tomatoes.
- Mix the mayonnaise and sour cream in a large bowl. Add the lime juice and taco seasoning, and combine until creamy.
- Add the prepared veggies: coleslaw, bell pepper, grape tomatoes, black beans, corn, and jalapeño into the bowl.
- Gently combine all ingredients using a spatula, ensuring even distribution.
- Fold in the chopped cilantro and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to enhance flavors. Adjust seasoning before serving.
Notes
