Description

These crispy onion rings are a delicious and healthy snack, perfect for any occasion. Fried in an air fryer, they offer a perfect crunch without the guilt.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (or gluten-free flour)
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup plant-based milk

Instructions

  1. Slice the onions into even rings, about 1/2 inch thick.
  2. Combine the flour, spices, and plant milk in a large bowl to create a batter.
  3. Dip the onion rings into the flour mixture, then coat them in the panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Place the coated rings in the air fryer at 180°C (356°F) and cook for 10-15 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
