Description

A classic Caesar salad featuring crisp Romaine lettuce, homemade croutons, and a creamy dressing that beautifully ties all flavors together.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 head Romaine lettuce
  • 50g Parmesan cheese
  • 100g homemade croutons
  • 50ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 30ml fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare Romaine lettuce: Wash thoroughly and tear into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Shave Parmesan cheese using a sharp knife or a peeler.
  3. Make the dressing in a small bowl by mixing olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until creamy.
  4. Toss the lettuce in a bowl with the dressing until evenly coated.
  5. Top with croutons and shaved Parmesan. Serve immediately.

Notes
