- 50g Parmesan cheese
- 100g homemade croutons
- 50ml extra virgin olive oil
- 30ml fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare Romaine lettuce: Wash thoroughly and tear into bite-sized pieces.
- Shave Parmesan cheese using a sharp knife or a peeler.
- Make the dressing in a small bowl by mixing olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until creamy.
- Toss the lettuce in a bowl with the dressing until evenly coated.
- Top with croutons and shaved Parmesan. Serve immediately.
